I published a Claude Code skill that teaches Claude how to build Rails UIs with maquina_components.
Instead of manually explaining the component API every time, the skill provides Claude with complete documentation, patterns, and examples. It significantly reduces the back-and-forth when generating views, forms, and layouts—Claude understands the library’s conventions and produces consistent, working code on the first attempt.
This is the same principle I apply across my AI workflow: give the model the context it needs up front, and stop it from guessing. I wrote about that in How I actually use AI to write Ruby on Rails code.
